About the service charter
The Department of the Environment service charter has been developed as part of our commitment to continuing improvement in all aspects of client service delivery
The charter sets out the standards of service clients can expect from us, their rights and responsibilities and how to find out more about the Department. The charter applies to everyone who has contact with the Department including other government agencies, community organisations and industry as well as members of the public.
Your feedback on our performance can help us improve our standards of service. If you have any general comments or suggestions for improvement, please let us know by completing our customer service feedback form.
If you have specific feedback, are dissatisfied or have concerns about our day-to-day services, please raise this with the staff member concerned or their supervisor. We will try to resolve the problem immediately.
