Hervey Bay City Council
Hervey Bay is recognised as one of Australia's fastest growing cities, with unprecedented levels of development by both the public and private sector. This presents a significant opportunity for Council to take a leadership role in ensuring that the impacts of growth on Hervey Bay’s environment are minimised. I’m proud of this Council’s commitment to protecting and valuing our region’s natural assets through the Cities for Climate Protection (CCP) Australia program.
