About this report

The survey of in-service woodheater operation and firewood parameters provides a comprehensive overview of the way Australians use their woodheaters. It allows a comparison to be made between the operational and fuel parameters specified in the Australian/New Zealand emission and performance test methods and real-world operation of woodheaters.

A literature review of Australian and New Zealand papers and reports assisted in development of the survey; the review is appended to this report.
