About the annual statement

Annual Statements must be submitted by producers and suppliers of fuel each calendar year as required under Section 67 of the Fuel Quality Standards Act (2000). Download the Excel template provided to make a submission.

Deadline for submissions

No later than 14 February 2013.

Who must submit an annual statement?

You must complete an annual statement for the year if:

  1. you produce and supply fuel in Australia during the calendar year or import fuel into Australia, and supply the fuel in Australia, during the calendar year; and
  2. the fuel is subject to a fuel standard; and
  3. you are a constitutional corporation or a Commonwealth entity or you supply fuel in the course of constitutional trade or commerce.
