About the annual statement
Who must complete an annual statement?
You must complete an annual statement for the year if:
- you produce and supply fuel in Australia during the calendar year or import fuel into Australia, and supply the fuel in Australia, during the calendar year; and
- the fuel is subject to a fuel standard; and
- you are a constitutional corporation or a Commonwealth entity or you supply fuel in the course of constitutional trade or commerce.
When must statements be received by the Department?
No later than 14 February 2009
