Sellers are required to report to the Department of the Environment and Water Resources who they have sold methyl bromide to, and in what amounts, within 14 days of the end of each quarter. The Department of the Environment and Water Resources has designed a 'Report of Sales Form', however, sellers can choose to use this form or submit their reports in their own format, provided the information contained in their report is still consistent with the information contained in the Department's example Report of Sales Form.
