Churchill Fellowships
Applications for the ABRS Churchill Fellowships are NOW Closed
Following the success of our 2012 partnership with The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust, the ABRS has again partnered with the Trust to offer two fellowships in 2013 to undertake overseas taxonomic research on the Australian flora and fauna.
The Fellowships ($25 000 each) available were:
- One for an early career researcher
Applicants who have completed their tertiary studies (Honours, Masters, Ph.D. equivalent) within the last 10 years (no earlier than 2003), and; - One for an established career researcher
Applicants who have completed their studies prior to 2003 and are well established in their field.

Applicants who are short-listed for the ABRS sponsored Churchill Fellowships but do not receive one, may be eligible for a general Churchill Fellowship (this will be at the discretion of the Board of The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust).
