Applications for the Churchill Fellowships are NOW OPEN

Applications close on 26 February 2010

In 2010, the Australian Biological Resources Study has partnered with The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust to offer Fellowships to undertake overseas taxonomic research on the Australian flora and fauna.

Two fellowships ($25 000 each) are available:

  1. One for an early career researcher (maximum of 10 years post-Ph.D.) and;
  2. One for an established career researcher (established in their field and beyond 10 years post-Ph.D.)

Applicants who are short-listed for a sponsored fellowship but do not receive the sponsored fellowship may be eligible for a general Churchill Fellowship (this will be at the discretion of the Board of the Churchill Trust).
