SYSTEMATICS
Fuller, C. 1899. XIV. Notes and descriptions of some species of Western Australian Coccidae. Transactions of the Entomological Society of London 1899: 435–473 described the junior synonym, Lichtensia hakearum as a distinct species. However, the type-data were clearly identical with those of the senior synonym Lecanodiaspis hakearum Fuller, 1897.
