   Holotype QM ♂ imago (reared from nymph), Queensland, Oliver Ck Daintree National Park [16°8.3’S 145°26.4’E].
  Paratype(s) QM ♂ imago and subimago, ♀ imago and subimago (all reared from nymph), nymphs, same locality as for holotype.
