Ecological Descriptors

Larva: free-living, sap-sucker (associated flora: Eucalyptus microtheca F.Muell. [MYRTACEAE]; Eucalyptus rudis Endl. [MYRTACEAE]; Eucalyptus gomphocephala DC. [MYRTACEAE]; Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehnh. [MYRTACEAE]; Eucalyptus oleosa F.Muell. ex. Miq. [MYRTACEAE]; Eucalyptus forrestiana Diels [MYRTACEAE]).

Extra Ecological Information

On Eucalyptus microtheca, E. rudis, E. gomphocephala and E. camaldulensis in WA E. ?platypus and E. oleosa in SA, E. forrestiana in NSW, and E.?microneura in QLD; also E. nicholii in New Zealand; E. tereticornis in Hong Kong; E. camaldulensis and E. saligna in Kenya; E. spathulata in California, USA; E. globulus in Chile; and Eucalyptus spp. in Hawai'i, Mexico, Brazil and Paraguay.
