Genus Coptotermes Wasmann, 1896

  • Coptotermes Wasmann, E. 1896. Viaggio di Leonardo Fea in Birmania e regione vicine LXXII. Neue Termitophilen und Termiten aus Indien. Annali del Museo Civico di Storia Naturale Genova 2 16: 613-630 pls 2 [629] [first introduced as a subgenus of Termes Linnaeus, 1758].
    Type species:
     Termes gestroi Wasmann, 1896 by monotypy.
