BIOLOGY
Ovisacs have been found on the undersides of bark or twigs and smaller branches. Bark and foliage are usually very discoloured with fumagine and the male scales are very abundant (see Froggatt, W.W. 1921. A descriptive catalogue of the scale insects (Coccidae) of Australia.
