    Type data:
     Holotype ANIC adult (gall on stem of Eucalyptus camphora ssp. humeana), NSW, Micalong Swamp, Tumut-Canberra Road [35°29'S 148°56'E].
    Paratype(s) ANIC 1 (damaged) 16 first instar nymphs, same data as for holotype; ANIC 12 adult 6 fed first instar nymphs (also NMV; ex blister gall on Eucalyptus viminalis), Vic, Tyabb, corner of Whitney's Road and Pikes Road [38°15'11''S 145°14'06''E]; ANIC 2 adult (ex Eucalyptus viminalis), Vic, Tyabb, corner of Katandra Road and Lumeah Road [38°14'54''S 145°14'26''E].
