  • Siphonophora setariae Thomas, C. 1878. A List of the Species of the Tribe Aphidini, family Aphidae, found in the United States, which have been heretofore named, with descriptions of some New Species. Bulletin of the Illinois State Laboratory of Natural History 2: 3-16 [5].

Bull. 19: 121-447 [234] selected a 'lectotypic' slide containing both al. and apt. vivip. females, questionable as valid subsequent designation), USA, Illinois.

Extra Ecological Information

Usually various Poaceae in Australia but one record from Prunus persica (SA); elsewhere alternating from Prunus domestica to various Poaceae.
