Species Kempynus incisus (McLachlan, 1863)

  • Osmylus incisus McLachlan, R. 1863. On some new species of neuropterous insects from Australia and New Zealand, belonging to the family Hemerobiidae. Journal of Entomology Lond. 2: 111-116 [112].

     Lectotype BMNH , Auckland, New Zealand.
    Paralectotype(s) BMNH 2 1 adult.

Extra Distribution Information

Recorded from two damaged specimens (NMV) labelled 'Queensland' but provenance unconfirmed, identity not confirmed because of lack of abdomens, also New Zealand.
