   Holotype ANIC adult ♀ (ex pit galls on under side of leaf of Nothofagus cunninghamii), Tas, Meander Forest Reserve Mother Cummings Creek.
  Paratype(s) numerous (ex pit or leaf pocket galls on leaves on Nothofagus cunninghamii; in ANIC, USNM, BPBM), Tasmania, Victoria.
