  Paratype(s) ANIC 5 adult ♀ (galls on N. moorei), NSW, New England National park, Styx River, Forest Way, c. 200 m NE of Beech Lookout [30°30'58''S 152°21'30''E]; ANIC 6 adult ♀ (galls on leaves of N. moorei), NSW, New England National Park, Point Lookout [30°28'32''S 152°24'17''E]; BPBM 5 adult ♀, same data as for holotype.
