     Holotype ANIC adult (ex foliage of N. moorei), NSW, Barrington Tops State Forest, Dilgry Circle [31°53'S 151°32'E].
    Paratype(s) ANIC numerous adult (in ANIC, BMNH, USNM), several localities in NE NSW, 1 on planted tree in Australian National Botanic Gardens, Canberra, ACT.
