   Holotype NMV T-20000 ♂ imago, Tasmania, unnamed creek fl owing into Lake Pedder (Tasmap 1:25 000 series, Serpentine 4026, Grid reference 55G 4184 52606).
  Paratype(s) NMV T-20001, T-20002 ♂ ♀, same location as for holotype; ANIC ♂ ♀, same location as for holotype.
