Introduction
Two species are listed here for this family of 'Tree Wound' or 'Wounded-tree Beetles', although Lawrence and Britton (1991: 642) state that at least 3 species occur in eastern Australia'. Of their biology, the same authors comment that 'both larvae and adults live in slime fluxes which develop in tree wounds'.
