Genus Rallicola Johnston & Harrison, 1911

     Pediculus ortygometrae Schrank, 1781 by original designation (as Oncophorus attenuatus Nitzsch =Rallicola ortygometrae (Schrank, 1781)).

Excluded Taxa

PHILOPTERIDAE: Rallicola sulcata (Piaget, 1880) [from Hydralector gallinaceus (= Irediparra gallinacea) (Temminck, 1828) listed by Johnston & Harrison (1912: 5) is probably a misidentification of Rallicola irediparrae Price & Emerson, 1987 (Palma in Palma & Barker, 1996)].
