     Holotype JD 1 nymph (mounted on 2 slides), Upper Kangaroo R., approximately 8 km NE of Kangaroo Valley, 34°32´S 150°35´E, NSW.
    Paratype(s) JD 10 nymphs (in ethanol), Upper Kangaroo R., approximately 8 km NE of Kangaroo Valley, 34°32´S 150°35´E, NSW.
