Flora of Australia Online
This is a free online public enquiry database that provides taxonomic and biological information. The database is derived from the published volumes of the Flora of Australia, of which 11 volumes are currently online, with more in preparation.
Nine volumes of the Flora of Australia contribute to the main Flora of Australia Online database, and two volumes contribute to the databases on Australia’s oceanic island territories.
ABRS Flora of Australia Online is a collaborative project and contributions will be acknowledged. ABRS asks that those using information from this site acknowledge its source. All artwork is copyright to the Commonwealth of Australia, institutions or to individuals, please do not reproduce any images without contacting ABRS.
Data covers the six Australian States, the Northern Territory, the Australian Capital Territory and immediate offshore islands.

Norfolk and Lord Howe Islands
Data covers associated islets of the Admiralty Group, Balls Pyramid, Blackburn (Rabbit) Island, Lord Howe Island, Mutton Bird Island, Nepean Island, Norfolk Island and Philip Island.
Flora of Australia Online
Oceanic Islands excluding Norfolk and Lord Howe Islands
Data covers Ashmore Reef, Cartier Island, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Coral Sea Islands Territory, Heard Island, Macquarie Island and McDonald Island.
