About the plan

The bare-rumped sheathtail bat is listed as 'Critically Endangered' under the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act). This species is listed as 'Endangered' under the Queensland Nature Conservation Act 1992 (NCA). In the Northern Territory, the bare-rumped sheathtail bat (subspecies not identified) is listed as 'Data Deficient' under the Territory Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 2000.
