List of Exempt Native Specimens
I, David Kemp, Minister for the Environment and Heritage, pursuant to subsection 303DB(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby establish the list of exempt native specimens as set out in the Schedule hereto.
This instrument will take effect on 11 January 2002.
