Lodging your application

Your application and supporting documents may be faxed to the number below in order to facilitate the processing of the application. However, permits will not be issued until the fee has been received.

Please note: If you are paying by credit card, a faxed copy of your application and supporting documentation will be sufficient.

Supporting documentation

Please ensure that (where applicable) you attach copies of:

The skin tag numbers
Proof of the source of the specimens (e.g. state licence, receipt from supplier)
Overseas CITES export permit(s) (in the case of import application)
Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts import permit(s) (in the case of re-export application)
