Wildlife trade and conservation
Approval of a Cooperative Conservation Program (CCP) is dependent on satisfying the requirements of Section 303FF of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EBPC Act) and Regulation 9A.12 of the EPBC Regulations. The following programs have been approved as CCPs in accordance with these requirements.
Generally, a review will be undertaken 5 years from the date of the CCP approval, to ensure the program still meets the requirements of the EPBC Act.
