Approval of this wildlife trade operation allows for the export of dead Sydney funnel-web spider specimens that have been encased in resin blocks for display purposes. The proposal satisfies the requirements of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
The WTOs was gazetted on 20 December 2006 and will be in force until 19 December 2009.
