About the management plan
A Wildlife Trade Management Plan has been developed by the Northern Territory Department of Natural Resources, Environment, the Arts and Sport for freshwater crocodiles. This management plan covers the management of the freshwater crocodile (Crocodylus johnstoni) in the Northern Territory.
The Declaration of an Approved Wildlife Trade Management Plan for freshwater crocodiles in the Northern Territory states that the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities has approved this management plan.
