Nominator's Statement of Significance
This item is significant because of its architectural merit. It was designed by the firm of Woods Bagot and built in 1914. It is typical of the firm's penchant for Romanesque design. Its significance is enhanced by the collection of stained glass windows all of which are from the noted English firm of C E Kempe and all of which are similar in general design.

Description
Bluestone rubble, flushed and lined with brick quoins. Windows in the Gothic style with cement hood mouldings. Steep multi-gabled roof of galvanised iron. Cast iron verandah posts to front verandah.
