Description
Two storey cement rendered brick building in Classic Revival style, with dominating corner tower having a clock and copper dome roof. Verandahs and balconies to main frontage, shallow arched colonnade on ground floor, lighter columns and treatment above. Relatively plain walls with levels and heights marked by string courses. Corrugated galvanised iron roof.

Condition and Integrity
Interior subjected to considerable alteration. Present tower a simplification of the original design and appears so.
