About the report
In January 2012, the Australian Government engaged Sparke Helmore Lawyers as external probity advisors for first round of the Biodiversity Fund. Sparke Helmore provided advice in relation to the application assessment and moderation processes for Round One. The Probity Report supported the recommendations of the Moderation Group concluding they were appropriate, fair and equitable. A full copy of the report can be downloaded here.
