Services provided:

The staff of ECOllaboration are well versed in the Australian carbon market and undertaking a CFI project. Staff have attended numerous information sessions regarding the CFI and are aware of the integrity of the CFI offsets and the allowable activities for sequestration and emission avoidance. This CFI knowledge combined with extensive NRM experience and working with Indigenous organisations and culture for over 21 years will enable the company to provide feasibility assessments and advice on the initiative. Additionally, the company has also been contracted to undertake N2O testing for a CFI project this year.

ECOllaboration's top management team have post graduate qualifications in business (EMBA), science (BSc Hons), natural resource management (MEnvSc) and education (MEnvEd). The company has strong governance aligned with ASIC Corporate Governance Recommendations and AS8000. The governance processes would be transferrable to the CFI and other organisations. ECOllaboration currently manages the governance and administration for other organisations and if applicable the company could manage the governance and contractual arrangements of CFI projects. The company has existing policy templates that could be used to support projects and continually reviews and develops governance arrangements and enters into contracts.

For over 10 years, ECOllaboration has been delivering accredited and non accredited training to Indigenous and non-Indigenous people. The streams have consisted of Conservation and Land Management, Horticulture and Business Administration. Field and office staff have VET qualifications in these areas along with formal training and assessment qualifications (TAA and TAE). In the last year alone the company delivered on the job training to over 60 people and hosted over 40 workshops and field days in environmental management.
