PSI has extensive experience in establishing, training, maintaining or monitoring governance and/ or contractual arrangements in a grants environment for both the grantor and the grantee.

The following are offered as examples of some of PSI work. For a more extensive list please review our website www.psiasiapacific.com.au

Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities: Between 2009 and 2013 PSI has provided process, compliance and probity advice during the numerous grants programs (in excess of 30 programs) supporting the Water Branch. Tasks included: documentation and procedural reviews, development of probity plans, training of Water Branch staff. Examination and advice on key issues as they arise including grantee monitoring and reporting, financial evaluation and conflicts of interest.

Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO): In 2012 PSI developed a Monitoring and Reporting Framework. PSIO conducted a Risk Assessment across grant recipient reporting requirements to define an initial set of monitoring and reporting requirements; including contractual and financial. We engaged with stakeholders and reviewed existing documentation and subsequently established monitoring and reporting requirements across the Indigenous housing programs. Established a framework to assist in establishing and maintaining a monitoring and reporting regime across all housing provider agreements.
