Strategy Matrix key personnel spent six years working with the Indigenous Land Corporation with responsibility for the development of land management projects. This included working with Indigenous groups in the Kimberley, Pilbara, Western Desert, and south west on projects related to all forms of land management - ranger work, fire/burning regimes, pastoral, carbon farming, cropping etc This included investigation of carbon markets and opportunities for Indigenous participation. Conducted research into the potential for the Australian Bush Plum (Gubinge, Kakadu Plum) in plantations on Indigenous land. Strategy Matrix is very experienced in the delivery of advice on government initiatives.

Strategy Matrix key personnel has provided numerous Indigenous groups with governance advice and feedback. Ann Maree is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of company Directors and has completed the Company Directors Governance Course.

In the past 12 months, Strategy Matrix has delivered professional development training to Indigenous trainees at Chevron Australia.

Over the last 18 months Strategy Matrix has worked with more than 100 farm businesses in WA to develop strategic business plans. This has included an assessment of new business opportunities, including the structure, finances, resources, and market strengths. The development of these strategic business plans is conducted as part of DAFWA's Building Farm Business Resilience Program.

Strategy Matrix has an on-going agreement with a WA organisation called Grow Zone inc. Under this agreement, Strategy Matrix provides business mentoring and coaching services to clients wanting to explore innovation and diversification in agri-business. This includes business feasibility, development of business models, market research and analysis, and review of governance and other structures.

Strategy Matrix has an on-going contract with Murdoch Executive Education to deliver the Department of Agriculture's Plan, Prepare, Prosper series of workshops to agribusiness in WA.
