Emissions Reduction Fund
The Emissions Reduction Fund is the centrepiece of the Australian Government's policy suite to reduce emissions.
The Emissions Reduction Fund will operate alongside existing programmes that are already working to reduce Australia's emissions growth such as the Renewable Energy Target and energy efficiency standards on appliances, equipment and buildings. The Emissions Reduction Fund will provide incentives for emissions reduction activities across the Australian economy.
Register a project under the Emissions Reduction Fund
Legislation to implement the Emissions Reduction Fund came into effect on 13 December 2014.
The Department invites you to register an Emissions Reduction Fund project with the Clean Energy Regulator.
