I, Margaret Tailby, Acting Assistant Secretary, Wildlife Trade and Sustainable Fisheries Branch, as Delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Heritage, being satisfied that:

hereby accredit the Queensland Fisheries Act 1994 and the Fisheries Regulation 1995, to the extent that the Act and the Regulation apply to the Queensland Blue Swimmer Crab Pot Fishery, pursuant to sections 208A, 222A, 245 and 265 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 for the purposes of Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Part 13 of the Act.
