I, Margaret Tailby, Acting Assistant Secretary, Wildlife Trade and Sustainable Fisheries Branch, as Delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Heritage, being satisfied that:

hereby accredit the Queensland Fisheries Regulation 1995 in force under the Fisheries Act 1995, as in force at the date of this instrument, to the extent that the Regulations apply to the Queensland Developmental Slipper Lobster Fishery, pursuant to sections 208A, 222A, 245 and 265 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 for the purposes of Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Part 13 of the Act.
