About the submission
It is intended that this report serve as the first step in the process to have abalone (Haliotis spp.) taken from South Australian waters, placed on the list of exempt native species for export, under Part 13 and 13(A) of the EPBC Act, for the five year period from 1 January 2004 to the 31 December 2008.
Call for comment closed 14 July 2003.
