I, ROBYN BROMLEY, Acting Assistant Secretary, Marine Environment Branch, as Delegate of the Minister for The Environment and Water Resources, being satisfied that:

hereby accredit the Tasmanian Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 and the Tasmanian Fisheries (Abalone) Rules 2000, to the extent that the Act and the Rules apply to the Tasmanian Abalone Fishery, pursuant to sections 208A, 222A, 245 and 265 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) for the purposes of Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Part 13 of the EPBC Act.
