I, ROBYN BROMLEY, Acting Assistant Secretary, Marine Environment Branch, as Delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Heritage, being satisfied that:

hereby accredit the Tasmanian Fisheries (Giant Crab) Rules 2006 and the Tasmanian Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995, to the extent that they apply to the Tasmanian Giant Crab Fishery, pursuant to sections 208A, 222A, 245 and 265 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) for the purposes of Divisions 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Part 13 of the EPBC Act.
