The poster evening is a relaxed and informal event designed to encourage greater interaction and networking among the participants. The evening is a forum in which participants may display and discuss relevant work. It provides an opportunity to showcase a diversity of Pacific achievements and to find connections between these projects to stimulate future collaboration.

Participants are encouraged to submit posters for the event which tie in with the theme of 'showcasing pacific achievements.' This may include any current or recent projects or programs which have had a positive effect on local or regional marine environments and the communities that depend on them. Posters can be a maximum of 1.2 x 1.2m and should include the name, photograph and contact details of the owner, to assist participants in exchanging information.
