Annotated inventory of all Southwest Pacific-related marine assessments
An annotated inventory of all Southwest Pacific-related marine assessments is being developed to enable participants to review and evaluate assessments both prior to and during the Workshop. This will be accompanied by a synthesis report, the aim of which is to consolidate this data to assist in the analysis and integration of assessments at the workshop.
This Inventory will represent the Southwest Pacific "bibliography" for the Global Marine Assessment. Experts selected to draft the assessment will refer to the content of the Inventory when drawing conclusions about the regional state of the marine environment, including socioeconomics aspects. Thus, the more comprehensive the Inventory, the greater credibility the Global Marine Assessment will have as a comprehensive and accurate resource for future marine work.
All experts are encouraged to consider the content of the database and report any omissions to the Workshop contacts. Below is a list of relevant resources to assist the work to be undertaken at the workshop.
