About the report
This paper is a report summarising the outcomes and discussions of an expert workshop convened in Brisbane, Queensland on 28-29 November 2007 by the Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts. The objective of this workshop was to characterise the marine environment of the East Marine Region in a way that would improve the Department’s understanding of how the Region’s natural systems work.
