Dear Colleagues
As of the 1st July 2000 the Australian Institute of Marine Science
will invoice all libraries for ILL/DD requests.
As the rates we are preparing are compatible with the current voucher system,
[Inter-library loan vouchers are currently available in $1, $3, $6, $9 and $12
denominations]
we will continue to accept vouchers, on a trial basis until later this year, when we will
review the whole process.
As of the 1st July 2000 we will not be supplying GRATIS inter library loans, this will particularly affect
FISHNET and ELN networks.
Invoices will be issued monthly and payment can be made by voucher, credit card or by cheque
(method of payment may alter in the future).
Requests can be sent via email, fax, post and telephone for fast track.
All requests should have ABN clearly displayed.
Charges will be $13.00 (GST inclusive) for standard requests and
Fast-track's etc. will be exactly the same as the National Library's charges.
