What an interesting situation pointed out by Graham.

I don't know how serious the US company is in pursuing the use of
"metadata", but in addition to ANZLIC.....FGDC, ISO and dozens of other
publications (books, journals, etc.) have also used this format.

Are there any legal gurus out there in OZMETA world who knows the
chances of this company suceeding?
