About the submission
Public comment was invited on a submission to the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources from Bald Hills Wind Farm Pty Ltd on the proposed wind farm at Bald Hills, Victoria.
The submission included the following:
- Submission on behalf of the proponent for Bald Hills Wind Farm
- A report titled 'Statement of Brett Lane'
- Draft approval conditions proposed by Bald Hills Wind Farm Pty Ltd
- Site maps with proposed wind turbine locations
- Two letters from local landowners. A further two letters were included in the submission to the Minister, however, consent to their public release was not been obtained
Public comments were accepted by the Department until close of business Wednesday 11 October 2006
Any documentation received by the Department will be provided to Bald Hills Wind Farm Pty Ltd as part of the decision-making process under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
