About this policy statement
The alpine sphagnum bogs and associated fens ecological community is listed as endangered under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act). This policy statement is intended to provide a guide for stakeholders on the reasons for listing, how to identify and manage the ecological community, and the EPBC Act implication of its listing.
