About the application
The Department of the Environment and Water Resources has received an application for approval for a permit to kill, injure, take, trade, keep or move a listed threatened species and ecological communities in a Commonwealth Area under Part 13, section 200 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).
The application is take Natural Temperate Grassland and the Golden Sun Moth and to move Grassland Earless Dragons at the Canberra Airport to allow for the construction of the Taxiway Bravo extension.
It is proposed that should the application be approved it would be in force for a period of up to five years.
In accordance with the provisions of section 200(3) of the Act, you are invited to comment on this proposal.
