Environment Protection and
Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999

Submissions to the Independent review of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999

On 31 October 2008, Dr Hawke called for public input into the review and encouraged all interested parties to make a written submission to the review. This coincided with the release of a discussion paper which identifies the main issues being considered under the review. Submissions were also requested in response to the terms of reference for the review.

The period for written public submissions closed on 19 December 2008.

Submissions are made available in two formats where possible. If you are unable to read a submission, please contact us
